  • Monitor the system to ensure service quality and client satisfaction, ensure issues faced by end-users in clients are solved or escalated appropriately to internal teams if needed.
  • Maintain good relationships and advise on the best way of using our products and solutions.
  • Document all communication with clients accurately in a timely manner via internal tools.
  • Support team leaders in sharing knowledge to new joiners of the internal company.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support or operation position, especially in other software solutions business.
  • Positive can-do attitude with infectiously high energy levels
  • Have both tech and business background is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and preferably English
  • Strong team player with the ability to form effective working relationships with a large variety of stakeholders
