BravoHR is a digital HR solution that enables companies to better engage with and retain their employees. We provide employees with a white-label mobile app connected to a system for HR to manage their workforce at scale. Through BravoHR, companies can offer innovative and relevant employee benefits and rewards programs. Rewards hereby could consist of internal awards or external offerings like merchant vouchers or even pure financial incentives.
- Monitor the system to ensure service quality and client satisfaction, ensure issues faced by end-users in clients are solved or escalated appropriately to internal teams if needed.
- Maintain good relationships and advise on the best way of using our products and solutions.
- Document all communication with clients accurately in a timely manner via internal tools.
- Support team leaders in sharing knowledge to new joiners of the internal company.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in customer support or operation position, especially in other software solutions business.
- Positive can-do attitude with infectiously high energy levels
- Have both tech and business background is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and preferably English
- Strong team player with the ability to form effective working relationships with a large variety of stakeholders
