- Approach potential company partners and explore sale opportunities
- Generate, collaborate and consult with leads to assess how Bravo could enable companies to better engage, recognize and retain their workforce
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure successful outcomes for all stakeholders
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing partners and constantly look out for further opportunities for collaboration
Skills and Requirements
- Experience in sales positions for IT services, consulting projects, or software solutions.
- Good knowledge about HR, especially employee relations including internal HR activities, engagement programs, benefits & rewards.
- Experience in dealing with or having worked for large corporations is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing in English.
- Good technology skills & able to perform under high pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, disciplined, independent, and mature personality – without forgetting the importance of laughing!
